TN: Two killed as bus overturns

Villupuram, Aug 30: A 14-year-old boy and another person were killed on the spot and ten others injured when the Government bus in which they were travelling overturned at Karadi village in this district, today.

Police said the mishap occurred when the bus, proceeding from Thiruvarangam to Thirukovil, gave way for an approaching bus.

The deceased were identified as Vignesh, studying in ninth standard, and Savarimuthu.

The injured, including three women, were admitted to the Villupuram Government Hospital.
