Two Palestinian children shot dead in Gaza-doctors

GAZA, Aug 29 (Reuters) Two Palestinian children were found shot dead in the northern Gaza Strip today, Palestinian doctors said.

Medics found the bodies and another injured child near an area from where Palestinian militants had fired rockets towards Israel, witnesses said. It was unclear who shot them. The Israeli army said it was checking the report.
