Cache of arms, ammunition recovered in Rajouri

Jammu, Aug 29 (UNI) Security forces today recovered a cache of arms and ammunition at Thanamandi in Rajoui district of Jammu and Kashmir, official sources said.

Acting on a specific information, troops of Rashtriya Rifles column recovered cache wrapped in a solid combat bag hidden in natural cavity at Sagrawat nallah, seven km south-east of Thanamandi.

One Chinese pistol, one AK magazine, 67 rounds of AK ammunition, 13 rounds of pikka ammunition, six Pakistan made grenades, two UBGL grenades, 500 gms explosive four detonator and one mobile hand set without sim were recovered.
