ASK Group forays into financial planning and wealth advisory

Mumbai, Aug 29 (UNI) ASK Group, a Mumbai based leading financial conglomerate, which today announced its entry into the financial planning and wealth advisory business, expects earning a revenue of Rs 100 crore from the business within next three years.

Addressing a press conference, ASK Group Chairman Asit Koticha said that the new company, ASK Wealth Advisorys, will provide customized solutions and end-to-end services to high net worth individuals (HNIs), families and trusts.

''The Company presently exists in six cities, and plans to expand its network across 21 cities including two-tier cities like Pune,'' Mr Koticha said.

''The Company is also looking for a strategic investor from overseas having its presence in south-east Asia, in order to offer its basket of wealth advisory services abroad,'' he added.

''We are ready to offer stakes in our Company to investors, on good business opportunities,'' Mr Koticha told newsmen.

He further informed that the company has already appointed a leading US based consultancy firm to find a suitable partner for its new arm.

According to Mr Koticha, considering the huge investible potential of HNIs and Trusts, the new Company expects to tap a total assets under management of about 3-4 billion US Dollars in next three years.
