TDP takes out peace processions against blasts
Hyderabad, Aug 28 (UNI) The Opposition Telugu Desam Party (TDP) today took out peace processions throughout Andhra Pradesh in protest against the twin bomb blasts in the city on August 25, which killed 43 people.
Participating in a rally near Gandhi statue on MG Road in Secunderabad, TDP senior leader T Devender Goud criticised the Government for not responding properly to the situation though 43 innocent people had been killed in the blasts, triggered by terrorists.
Public meetings were also organised in all the district headquarters by TDP activists. Effigies portraying terrorism were burnt.
