Gayatri Projects okays 20 per cent dividend

Hyderabad, Aug 28 (UNI) The Gayatri Projects Ltd today announced that its Board of Directors has recommended a 20 per cent dividend to the investors for the financial Year 2006-07, subject to the approval by shareholders at the AGM to be held on September 28.

''The decision shows our commitment to rewarding our investors, Sandeep Reddy, Managing Director, Gayatri Projects said in a release. ''Because of the continued support of our investors and stakeholders, the company has grown by 35.28 per cent during this year,'' he added.

The Board also approved to increase FII limits to 49 per cent and borrowing limits to Rs 1,500 crore.
