Venus signs JV agreement with Pharma Match

New Delhi, Aug 27: Drug maker Venus Remedies Ltd today said it has entered into a joint venuture (JV) agreement with Netherlands-based Pharma Match R&D B V, for jointly preparing, registering and marketing an EU E-CTD Dossier for a latest generation Carbapenem Injectible.

The JV will enable the company to sell the product accompanied by supply agreements with all the potential customers in European Union.

All the profits will be shared equally between the two collaborators under the agreement, a statement said.
