A call informing that a bomb had been kept in one of the rooms of A S N Public School in Mayur Vihar-I was received by its principal at about 1130 hrs, said a police official.

''The caller said the time bomb would explode at 1200 hrs sharp leading to panic among school authorities. ''Routine intensive searches were being carried out with the help of experts and detection devices. However, nothing was found after nearly more than an hour of search.'' Searches were still being carried out, he added.
