Minister distributes cheques to victims' families

Hyderabad, Aug 27 (UNI) Andhra Pradesh Energy, Coal and Minority Affairs Minister Mohd Ali Shabbir today distributed ex-gratia cheques of Rs five lakh to the family of victims, who were killed in the twin blasts that rocked the city on August 25, at the Collectorate.

Speaking on the occasion, Mr Shabbir said the government would provide all possible assistance to the families of the victims and provide government job to their kin.

Meanwhile, the members of the victims' families demanded that the government should order CBI enquiry into the incident and take action against the culprits immediately.
