Left parties conduct peace rally to protest blasts

Hyderabad, Aug 27 (UNI) The CPI and CPI (Marxist) today conducted a 'Peace Rally' in the city to protest against the terrorist bomb attacks which killed more than 40 people in the city on August 25.

Speaking on the occasion, CPI State Secretary K Narayana alleged the State intelligence had failed to track down the activities of terrorists, who were creating panic by triggering bomb blasts.

''Government should take stringent steps to curb such violence in future,'' he added.

He also alleged that the government was responsible for the blasts.
