Kothari Products to hive off three units

New Delhi, Aug 27 (UNI) Kothari Products Ltd today said its board has approved the proposal for demerger of its pan masala division, beverages division and trading division.

The board approved a swap ratio of one share in Pan Parag for each held in the company, a statement said.

The scheme also provides for the exit of small shareholders holding equity shares in physical form.
