SINGAPORE, Aug 27 (Reuters) State-run Indian Oil Corp (IOC) has sold a 28,000-tonne naphtha cargo, to be loaded from Dahej during September 21-23, to Vitol in a spot tender, traders said on Monday.

Vitol paid $1.30 a tonne premium to the average of Platts and Argus quotes on a free-on-board basis, they said.

One source said Vitol was the only bidder for this tender.

IOC already had sold two September-loading cargoes from Dahej, both to Japanese trader, Itochu, on term and semi-term deals.
