Ex Congress MLA suspended in Himachal

Shimla, Aug 27 (UNI) Himachal Pradesh Congress Committee president Viplove Thakur today suspended the membership of former party MLA K K Kaushal for ''breach of discipline.'' A show cause notice had been issued to Mr Kaushal to explain his postion within two weeks for ''deliberately acting and carrying propaganda to lower the prestige of the Congress,'' Ms Thakur said.
