Reliance slashes local call and SMS rates

New Delhi, Aug 26: Reliance Communications (RCom) today said it has reduced the local call and SMS rates to 90 paisa per minute, for its subscribers in the National Capital Region (NCR).

Reliance subscribers will able to call any local Reliance phone for 90 paise per minute and can send SMS to any local phone for 90 paise only.

''We are committed to offering the best value to our subscribers and the reduction in local call rates and SMS rates today makes our offering 25 per cent more attractive than other operators,'' said Reliance Communications Personal Business President S P Shukla in a statement.

RCom has recently introduced Unlimited free calling to any Reliance mobile in NCR. The new rates are applicable on Freedom Plan for all prepaid subscribers with effect from today.
