'Charas' worth Rs 28 lakh seized, 2 held

Lucknow, Aug 26 (UNI) Two members of a smuggling gang were arrested and about 28 kgs of 'charas' seized from them in Nanpara kotwali area of the Behraich district today.

The arrested have been identified as Iqbal and Hasibul, police said.

The seized 'charas', estimated worth Rs 28 lakh in the international market, was smuggled from Nepal.

Investigations were underway.
