B'desh condemns Hyderabad blasts, rejects CM Reddy's allegations
Dhaka, Aug 26 (UNI) Bangladesh Foreign Advisor Dr Iftekhar Ahmed Chowdhury condemned the bombings in Hyderabad but rejected Andra Pradesh Chief Minister YSR Reddy's allegation that Bangladeshi terrorist outfit was behind the heinous act.
'' This is baseless and we will contest any wrong allegation,'' the advisor told reporters at the Foreign Ministry this afternoon.
He said Bangladesh must uphold its interest and will never retreat from it.
Meanwhile, in a letter to Indian Foreign Minister Pranab Mukharjee, Dr Chowdhury condemned the bombings in the strongest terms and extended his heartfelt condolences to the bereaved families.

humanity," he
said,
adding
"Our
thoughts
today
are
with
those
who
have
lost
their
dear
ones
in
this
dastardly
act."
