Two killed in road mishaps

Alappuzha, Aug 25 (UNI) Two people were killed in two separate road accidents here today.

Selvaraj (36), a cloth merchant from Tamil Nadu, was seriously injured when his motorcycle collided with a lorry on National Highway 47 at Kayamkulam. He was rushed to the Government Hospital where he succumbed to his injuries.

In another incident, Latha (42), who was injured when an autorickshaw in which she was travelling collided with a van near Mavelikkara last Sunday, died at the Government Hospital there.
