Terrorist hideouts busted in Kathua and Doda
Jammu, Aug 25 (UNI) Security forces today busted two terrorists' hideout at high altitudes and seized arms, ammunition and ration items stored at Kathua and Doda districts of Jammu and Kashmir, official sources said here.
Acting on a tip-off, troops of Rashtriya Rifles (RR) busted a natural cave like hideout, 3 kms north-west of Banihal in Doda district, sources said adding, they recovered 73 MM ammunition rounds, two AK magazines, six Chinese hand grenades and two UBGL.
In another incident, Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) raided a high altitude hideout in Malhar belt of Billawar tehsil early today, sources said adding, around 200 kgs rice, 40 kgs pulses, three gas cylinders, 10 kgs of Pakistani salt, 38 torch cells, table lamp, kerosene oil, 40 litres of plastic container and many other items were seized.
