Doctors should implement govt policies: Minister

Visakhapatnam, Aug 25 (UNI) Union Minister of State for Health Panabaka Lakshmi today said it was the duty of the doctors and medical staff to implement the various policies formulated by the Centre.

Addressing a review meeting with officials of Medical and Health Department here, she underlined the importance of strictly implementing the rule banning pre-conception and pre-natal diagnosing.

She said efforts were on to post doctors in rural areas for atleast one year after obtaining medical degree.
