Cylinder blasts in two places in AP capital, 5 hurt

Hyderabad, Aug 25 (UNI) At least five persons were injured in two different incidents of cylinder blasts in the city tonight.

The first blast occurred at Lumbini Park and the second at Gokul Chat Shop near Koti, about six kms away, a few minutes later. Police said in both the cases, the gas cylinders exploded.

However, sources said toll could be higher and indicated at least three persons were killed and more than 15 injured.

A laser show was on at the Lumbini Park, abutting the Hussain Sagar Lake. The Gokul Chat Shop was a favourite haunt of the youngsters.
