1 gets capital punishment in murder case

Katihar, Aug 25:A fast track court here awarded capital punishment to an accused and life imprisonment to his wife in a murder case yesterday.

Fast Track Court Judge Abhay Kumar found Ganesh Singh and his wife Dulari Devi guilty of killing Sarita Devi, a resident of Bathna village under Mansahi police station in the district in 2006, official sources said.
