Star India launches 'Nach Baliye 3'

Mumbai, Aug 24 (UNI) Star Plus launches the third season of 'Nach Baliye' that will bring together stars from Bollywood and silver screen to battle for the title of the best dancing couple.

The couples who have been roped in for the third season are --Sweta Keswani and Alexx O'Neil, Karan Patel and Amita Chandekar, Rakhi Sawant and Abhishek Awasthi, Shakti Kapoor and Shivangi Kapoor, Vikas Sethi and Amita Sethi, Karan Grover and Kavita Kaushik, Aamir Ali and Sanjeeda Sheikh, Kashmera Shah and Krushna Abhishek, Kiran Janjani and Ritu Janjani along with Pooja Bedi and Hanif Hilal.

Announcing the launch of the show, Star India (Content and New Media) President Ajay Vidyasagar said, ''This year, with its fresh new format and look, we believe that the show will appeal to our viewers cutting across all age groups. In an effort to enhance the weightage of the viewer's opinion, we have also increased the interactive elements on the show.'' ''The first two seasons of 'Nach Baliye' provided never-seen-before emotions on the television sets; while some wept at their ouster from the show, some dared to challenge their opponents for another round. The show has created a rage amongst its audiences and enjoys a cult following,'' informed Mr Vidyasagar.

Produced by WIZCRAFT, each week of 'Nach Baliye 3' performances will be judged by a panel of eminent personalities from the entertainment industry and also by the viewers.
