Ready to face mid term poll to LS: Naidu

Hyderabad, Aug 24 (UNI) N Chandrababu Naidu, President of the Telugu Desam Party(TDP), a constituent of the opposition United National Progressive Alliance(UNPA) today squarely put the responsibility on the Congress for any situation leading to mid-term election to the Lok Sabha.

''In the event of any snap poll forced on the country, we are ready to face it'', he told newspersons here after making a courtesy call on newly-appointed Governor N D Tiwari.

Mr Naidu lauded the former Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister and first Chief Minister of newly-created hill state of Uttarakhand as a senior statesman. ''We recalled past incidents'', he added.
