Hooda for for empanelling pvt hospitals
Chandigarh, Aug 24 (UNI) Haryana Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda today directed the Health authorities to lay down the norms for empanelling the private hospitals on government panel so as to provide better health services to the people of the state.
The Chief Minister gave these instructions while presiding over the meeting of PGIMS, Rohtak.
Mr Hooda said that certain standard criteria should be laid down so that with the public-private participation better health services could be ensured. This step would help in improving the health services.
The Chief Minister had also gave sanction to fill up vacant posts of Neuro Surgeons on contract basis.
He also directed to review the cadre of nursing staff in the institution so that the vacant posts could be identified to meet the requirement.
Health Minister Kartar Devi, Principal Secretary to Chief Minister M L Tayal, Financial Commissioner and Principal Secretary, Health, S P Sharma, OSD to Chief Miister K V Singh and Medical Superitendent Chand Singh Dhull were also present in the meeting.
