Curfew relaxed in Bangladesh
Dhaka, Aug 24: Curfew in Bangladesh has been relaxed from eight a m to 10 pm today.
DMP Commissioner Nayim Ahmed said the curfew will remain in force from 10 pm onwards till further notice.
The army-backed caretaker government had imposed indefinite curfew from Wednesday night in the wake of violent protests by students in Dhaka and other parts of the country.
However no major untoward incident has occurred during the curfew hours.
