35 children fall ill after consuming contaminated food

Karimnagar, Andhra Pradesh, Aug 23 (UNI) At least 35 students of a primary school at Narayanapalli village in the district fell ill after partaking contaminated food served to them in the school, today.

According to the village sarpanch, the school authorities noticed a lizard in the food while serving it to the children. Immediately, the school authorities stopped the children from taking the food.

Two children started vomiting. However, as a precautionary measure, on the advice of doctors, all of them were rushed to the government hospital at Karimnagar. However, all the children were stated to be out of danger.
