Mega 'Swayamvaram' 07 in Hyderabad

Hyderabad, Aug 22: TeluguMatrimony.com, a part of India's leading portal Bharat Matrimony.com and Bharat Matrimony centre, will jointly host a 'Swayamvaram' here today.

It was expected to bring together about 5,000 Telugu speaking people from all major communities in the State, according to a release here yesterday.

Mega Swayamvaram 2007, Hyderabad, the largest matrimony meet in the state, would be the third such event organised by the company.

The previous Mega Swayamvaram held in Chennai attracted over 10,000 participants, including 2,500 prospective singles from all major communities in Tamil Nadu. The first Mega Swayamvaram in 2002 attracted over 5,000 participants, including 1,600 prospective singles.

This Mega Swayamvaram was being arranged for both non-members and members of Telugumatrimony.com and registered members of BharatMatrimony centre. This day-long event would be divided into community based sub-meets. An exclusive session for members who opt for caste no bar would also be organised.
