Sify launches new contact solutions product
Mumbai, Aug 22: Sify today launched its Contact Center Solutions, developed on a platform provided by Aspect Software, for the contact centre industry in India.
Speaking on the occasion, Sify Enterprise Solutions EP P J Nath said, ''This product and service offer the dual advantage of being a hosted solution with the flexibility of a pay-per-seat pricing model.'' The new product will enable companies to focus on managing their core functions and operations rather than on installing, managing, and maintaining the complex technology infrastructure of a contact center, stated a release.
