MP: Scholar dies of prolonged illness

Sagar (MP), Aug 22: Scholar and social activist Vasudev Moreshwarrao Aathle, who carved a niche for himself as a Hindi litterateur and made this divisional headquarters his karmabhoomi, has passed away after prolonged illness.

He was 85.

The end came yesterday. Mr Aathle is survived by his wife Susheela. The funeral is scheduled today, family sources said. In 1978, he founded the Madhya Pradesh Madhyamik Shikshak Sangh.
