Pune, Aug 22: Bollywood actor Sanjay Dutt may have to spend another night in Yerawada Jail as the copy of the designated TADA court order on his release will reach here tonight.

According to Jail authorities, the copy of the release Order has to be made available by 1730 hrs and the deadline could not be met as the order for release of Dutt, Nulwala and Zaibunissa, was pronounced around 1615 hrs in Mumbai.

In Mumbai, television crews had parked themselves near the Mahalaxmi Race course helipad on expectations that Nitin Manmohan and Pankaj Kharbanda, who stood surety for the actor, would depart in a helicopter for Pune with the relevant papers.

Dutt and five other convicts in the 1993 bomb blasts case were ordered to be released by the apex court on interim bail on Monday.

The actor has been lodged in the Yerawada Jail since August 1, after being convicted for six years' RI under the Arms Act in the Case.

''It is, however, unlikely, that the release orders would reach here before office hours'', jail sources here said.

Meanwhile, security has been beefed up around the jail as a huge crowd had gathered outside to have a glimpse of their hero as he emerges from Jail.
