ESCP-EAP announces PSDM programme

Mumbai, Aug 22: ESCP-EAP European School of Management has introduced a new one-week programme called Problem Solving Decision Making (PSDM).

Speaking to reporters here ESCP-EAP's Indian representative Mini Riberio said ''This programme creates and concentrates in vitro the typical situations that professionals at different levels in the organisation face on a regular basis. PSDM provides necessary business skills to professionals with high potential in order to make them more operational. Corporates from India can participate in this programme in the London campus.'' The five-day programme is taught in English by ESCP-EAP professors with academic and/or business experience, who fully understand the real educational needs of the participants.

Announcing this, ESCP-EAP Director (Corporate Education) Tore Hellebo said ''PSDM is a programme that develops skills and is an extremely practical and interactive programme that allows participants to experience many situations in a short time span.

PSDM is designed for professionals who need to develop key management capabilities like communication, team effectiveness and decision making.'' He added ''PSDM is suitable for professionals from engineering/scientific background or with a specific role within an organisation who need specific skills to move into a general management role.''
