DVS launches integrated software solution for hospitality industry

New Delhi, Aug 22 (UNI) To cater to the country's fast growing hotel and travel industry, Dynamic Vertical Solutions (DVS) today launched a cohesive secure system with single database and a standardised user interface, Cenium.

Cenium is built on the Microsoft Dynamics platform, a financial and ERP-systems, and provides business solution to hospitality front office along with an accounting back office.

It is already in use by hotel chains like Choice Group of Hotels and the Clarion Collection, said a statement.

The solution links to internet booking, TV, telephone and key card systems.

''The Indian hospitality industry is growing by 8.8 per cent YoY and system will provide solutions facilitating businesses within the industry to maintain a competitive edge in the market,'' said company Managing Director Rakhee Nagpal.

According to recent estimates of the World Travel and Tourism Council, Indian tourism demand will grow at 8.8 per cent over the next 10 years, which places India as the second most rapidly growing tourism market in the world.
