Sanjay Dutt likely to be released tomorrow

New Delhi, Aug 21 (UNI) Bollywood actor Sanjay Dutt, who is serving a six-year imprisonment in the 1993 Bombay serial bomb blasts case, is likely to be released from the Yerawada jail, Pune, tomorrow.

The Supreme Court's Registry delivered the certified copy of the bail order to Dutt's lawyer this evening. Upon receiving the order, his lawyers left for Mumbai where they will produce the bail order before TADA judge P D Kode, who after accepting a surety will send the copy of the release order to Yerwawada jail superintendent.

Sanjay is most likely to be released around noon tomorrow. He was granted interim bail yesterday along with five others by the apex court with the condition that they will have to surrender immediately after they receive copies of the trial court judgement.
