AP: CPI criticises oppn for craving mid term poll
Hyderabad, Aug 21: Criticising the opposition parties for 'craving' mid term poll to the Lok Sabha, the CPI in Andhra Pradesh today asked the Congress-led UPA Government at the Centre not to operationalise the Indo-US nuclear deal as it was not in the country's interest.
The Communists on their own would not preciptate matters leading to the fall of the Government, CPI State Secretary and National executive member K Narayana told reporters here.
It was 'unfortunate' that the opposition parties were craving for mid term to the Lok Sabha, he said, urging the UPA government not to stand on 'false prestige' and force a situation in which snap poll becomes inevitable.
