Moderate intensity quake hits Myanmar
New Delhi, Aug 18: A moderate intensity quake shook Myanmar this morning.
The quake, measuring 5 on the Richter scale, struck the country at 0626 hrs, the Indian Meteorological Deparatment said.
The epicentre of the quake was 22.9 degrees North Latitude and 94.3 degrees East Longitude.
No loss of life or property was reported, the department added.
