Zylog Systems closes at 23.17 pc premium at BSE
Mumbai, Aug 17 (UNI) Chennai-based Zylog Systems (ZSL), a global technology services provider, was listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) today.
The ZSL scrip closed at Rs 431.10, or 23.17 per cent premium, after touching a high of Rs 525 and a low of Rs 356. It opened at Rs 525, a premium of 50 per cent over its issue price of Rs 350.
Total volume of shares traded was 7,018,202.
The company had tapped the capital market with an initial public offering (IPO) of Rs 126 crore. The IPO received an overwhelming response with 76.51 million shares, the retail investors oversubscribed six times.
Shares of the company were priced in the band of Rs 330-350 a share. The issue price was fixed at Rs 350.
