Governor hosts reception

Puducherry, Aug 15 (UNI) Puducherry Lt Governor Mukut Mithi hosted a reception at the lawns of the ''Rajnivas'' here this evening to mark the 60th Independence day celebrations.

Chief Minister N Rangasamy, his cabinet collegues, legislators, PCC President P Shanmugham, Rajya Sabha member V Narayanasamy, DMK convenor R V Janakiraman, BJP president Visweswaran and senior officals of the territorial administration were among others who attended the reception.
