Cops' ex grata doubled in MP

Bhopal, Aug 15 (UNI) Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan today said that ex gratia, to families of police personnel martyred combating naxals or other criminals, would henceforth be doubled to Rs 10 lakh each.

Official sources said that the announcement was made while Mr Chouhan was addressing medal-recipient police officers at his residence.

Director-General of Police Anand Rao Pawar expressed his gratitude to the Chief Minister.
