Train services suspended due to flood
Kolkata, Aug 14 (UNI) Train services on the Bhagalpur-Banka-Mandar Hill section of Eastern Railway's (ER) Malda division were suspended today due to the flood situation.
An ER release here today said that train movements were stopped as river water was flowing over the tracks between Bhagalpur and Tikani stations in Bihar.
As a result, the 3242 Down Rajendranagar-Banka Express was terminated at Bhagalpur and would originate from there as Up train.
Besides, the 851 up Mandar Hill Bhagalpur Passenger was detained a Barahat station.
