SEBI suspends BSE member

Mumbai, Aug 14 (UNI) Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has suspended certificate of registration of M/s M S Consultancy services, a member of the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) in the matter of MOH Ltd.

Sebi whole time director V K Chopra imposed the penalty against the BSE for violation of Sebi regulations.

The order was passed on August 9, 2007 and was effective after 21 days, the Sebi release said.
