Rs 10,000 fake currency seized, one held

Siddharthnagar, Aug 14 (UNI) A joint team of Special Operation Group (SOG) and police have arrested a man in possession of fake currency of about Rs 10,000 at Tetri Bazar area here late last night, police said today.

Haridwar Verma of Naugarh colony was caught red-handed at Tetri Bazar.

About 49 fake notes of Rs 100 and 99 fake note of Rs 50 were seized from him, police said.
