Murder accused surrender before police
Akola, Maharashtra, Aug 14 (UNI) Five brothers of the Mirjamle family have surrendered before the police in connection with the murder of Mohan alias Balya Thakur (28) here on August 10.
The five brothers -- Harish, Satish, Umesh, Bipin and Rajesh -- and their accomplice Nana Chavan had been booked for Balya Thakur's murder.
Incidentally, prominent social worker from the city Rajeshwari Sharma had led a ''morcha'' to the police station yesterday demanding immediate arrest of the culprits. Balya Thakur's mother Ranibai had also participated in the ''morcha''.
