Manjushree files rights offer document with SEBI

Bangalore, Aug 14 (UNI) City-based Manjushree Extrusions Ltd. engaged in manufacture of Speciality Plastic Containers, has filed its draft offer document with SEBI for a rights cum follow-on Public Offer of equity shares.

Priced at Rs.10 each at an undisclosed premium, aggregating to Rs.35.70 crore, the issue would be used to finance the expansion cum diversification project that was currently under implementation, a press release said.

Centrum Capital of Mumbai were the Lead Managers to the proposed Issue.
