High Commission to celebrate Independence Day in fitting manner

Dhaka, Aug 14 (UNI) Indian High Commission will celebrate Independence Day in a befitting manner tomorrow by organising a get-together and cultural show on its premises here.

High Commissioner Pinak Ranjan Chakrabarty will read out the Indian President's Independence Day message to an assembly of invited guests mostly Indians living in Dhaka.

Political and press councilor Ajit Gupte told UNI that the glorious day will start with the hoisting of the Indian national flag at the High Commission and a brief cultural function will be organised.

UNI
