Pondy: Memorandum on JIPMER recruitment submitted

Puducherry, Aug 13: A delegation of the Jipmer Anti-conversion Peoples Joint Action Committee today called on Institute Director Subba Rao and submitted a memorandum urging him to stop recruitment for Group "C" and "D" posts forthwith.

In the memorandum submitted by Committee President T Murugan, it was pointed out that recrutiment for these posts should be made only through the employment exchange here.

Morever, when the issue of autonomous status to Jipmer was pending before the Parliamentary Standing Committee,there should be no "backdoor recruitments."
