Central Railway conducts training programme for RIOs
Mumbai, Aug 13 (UNI) Central Railway Vigilance Department conducted a training programme for Retired Inquiry Officers (RIOs) to refresh their knowledge and educate them about the nuances of conducting disciplinary inquiry against officers and staff.
The training programme which was held recently was attended by participants from Central, Western and other Railways.
Central Railways Senior Deputy General Manager and Chief Vigilance Officer S K Sharma graced the occasion and had a direct interaction with all the participants.
He emphasized on the importance of drafting the charges meticulously and conducting the enquiries judiciously.
