Cops suspended in Samastipur

Samastipur, Aug 12 (UNI) An ASI of police and a constable were suspended for dereliction of their duties during floods here.

Superintendent of Police Surender Lal Das here today said action was taken as ASI Riyazuddin posted at Rosra police station and Girish Parsad, a cop posted at Waris Nagar police station were found absent from duty without prior approval from the concerned authorities.
