3 drowned as boat capsizes

Hardoi, Aug 12 (UNI) Three minors were drowned after their boat capsized in a pond here today.

The incident took place at village Gauhani, where a boat, carrying seven children, capsized in a pond.

While other managed to swim to safety, Ankit (12), Pankaj (13) and dilip (13) drowned.

The bodies have been fished out and sent for autopsy, police said.

UNI
