WARSAW, Aug 11 (Reuters) Polish Prime Minister Jaroslaw Kaczynski said today he expected early elections to be held by November at the latest.

The biggest former communist country in the European Union has been in political turmoil for a month and expectations have been growing that Kaczynski would call snap polls two years early.
