Mild earthquake hits Nepal
New Delhi, Aug 11 (UNI) A 'slight' intensity earthquake, measuring 4.9 on the Richter Scale, shook Nepal this evening.
The tremor occurred at 2006 hrs and had its epicentre at 27.5 degrees North latitude and 88.0 degrees East longitude, a meteorological department report said.
There were no reports of any loss of life or damage to property.
